Program Fee and Cancelation

Total Program fee: 550 euro

Deposit: 250 euro  is to be paid with the application form.

Note:

No application will be activated unless we receive the deposit.

The remaining program fee is payable once the placement has
been confirmed. 120 euro is the non-refundable fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

*    The booking fee of 120 euro is non refundable.

*     If the applicant cancels once the placement has been
       confirmed, the deposit of 250 is non-refundable.

*     If the applicant cancels before the placement has been
       arranged, is 130 refundable.

*    There is no refund after the applicant starts his/her participation
       in the program.
*    There is no refund if the applicant does not comply with
       the program.

You should apply at least 2 months before departure!

What is included in the fee

*    Registration and Enrolment

*    Arranging accommodation for the entire length of
      the stay.

*    Placement confirmation

*    If the applicant needs to improve his/her knowledge of
      Spanish then we can also arrange for Spanish language
      courses.

*    Pick-up at Marbella´s Central Bus Station and welcome
      of participants in Marbella.

*    Transfer to their accommodation location

*    Orientation and guidance meeting

*    Free internet access

*    Free post box Services

*    24 Hours HELP & SUPPORT line

What is not included in the fee

*    Round trip to Spain.

*    Airport transfer.

*    Travel expenses to the final destination in Spain.

*    Health and travel insurance. This is the participant
      can get from Viviene at an extra cost.
