Accommodation details

Viviene books the Participant’s accommodation for the whole duration ofthe program/stay.

The rental rates offered are of the most competitive in the market
and are at subsidised rates for Viviene participants.

Participants have the choice to book for shared
accommodation in triple, double or single rooms and
this in four, three or two bedrooms apartments on a sharing
basis with other participants.

Rates are per person/ month.

Provided we receive the Participants Application, at least
30 days prior to arrival, we will confirm the address of the
shared apartment in which the Participant will be accommodated,
prior to his/her departure from the home country.

 For late bookings, {as from 30 days prior to arrival}, we will
always secure accommodation at arrival, however Participants
will know the exact address where the shared apartment is situated,
on the day their arrival.

Participants will be requested to sign at arrival, a rental
agreement for the whole length of their stay.

We require an accommodation reservation deposit of € 100,
(with the program fee) prior to arrival to the destination. This
reservation deposit will be deducted from the first month rent,
which is payable at arrival.

 A refundable Program Guarantee Deposit of Euro 250 is also
payable at arrival. This Deposit, is refundable at the end of the
programme, however it includes a non-refundable amount of
Euro 20 towards the end of stay cleaning of the apartment and
any damages made to the apartment will be deducted from it.

Please note that all participants accommodated in the same
apartment will be held jointly responsible for damages made
to the apartment and or its content
