 - Last date you can apply is 15th of April if you are from Finland

you will start the 1st of June and stay until August or longer

 - Last date you can apply is 15th of June if you are from other countries

you will start your Work an Travel Program in July / August and stay until

31th of October


What is included in program fee:

*  Job placement
*  J-1 Visa documentation
*   Program orientation
*   Program administration

What is not included in program fee:

*   Round trip airfare to the U.S.
*   Airport transfers
*   Any daily expenses, Renting, Furniture, transport
    to and from work
*   Any applicable visa application fees at the U.S. Embassy in
    the participant´s home country
*   $180 SEVIS Fee

Cancelation

*   registration fee is non refundable 100 euro. If you send
    us all documents and Viviene decide you are not suitable
    candidate, we will send you back 50 euro back. So please
    look carefully to requirements before applying for Work and
    Travel US.
*   Cancellation received between application and submission
    and  DS 2019 issuance the cancelation fee is 120 euro
*   If we receive cancellation between DS 2019 issued and
    arrival to U.S.
    - 300 euro for job assistance program
    -  DS 2019 must be return to Viviene before
       you can be refunded
    -  DS 2019 was not used, with proof of denial
       if your visa was refused. Cancelation fee will be 100 euro
The participant is not eligible for a refund once he/she arrived
in USA.
