Not Included: Placement in a career related

Participant responsibilities: Submission of
the full application; completed and Viviene approved
Training Plan as well as full business/housing
information. Participant must submit a midterm and
final program report and notify Viviene of any changes
in business or housing.
ARRANGED TRAINING PLACEMENT (PAID)
12 months 1 800€ Insurance $42 per month
18 months 2 000€ Insurance $42 per month
HOUSING ASSISTANCE: $150 PER PAX
Includes: Placement in a career related business;
DS 2019 form for J-1 visa; toll-free telephone number
for emergencies; orientation and ongoing supervision.
Assistance with securing a Social Security number;
and insurance as quoted.
Not Included: Housing placement (additional fee);
transfers. Some training choices may not be available
for an l8 month duration.

training choices may not be available for an l8 month
duration.

Cancelation fee
The ITP 400€ deposit is due at the time of submission of the application. The deposit is applied toward the balance of the program fee.
1, If the applicant cancels prior to arrival and has not been placed in
a Host Family and Host Business, he/she forfeits 150€ of the
deposit fee.
2, If the applicant cancels prior to arrival and has been placed in
a Host Family and Host Business, he/she forfeits the entire
deposit fee. Should Viviene reject an applicant, the deposit is
returned, less a 100€ administrative fee.
3, If the participant is denied a visa, the participant is required to return
the unused DS 2019 form and submit proof of denial, after which a
program refund will be issued less a 200€ administrative fee.
In no case will a refund be issued to a participant who
has already entered
be issued for early departure or dismissal from the program.
