Host Families
VIVIENE knows how important it is to bring to your family the
right person who will take care of your children and help you
with household.
VIVIENE follows a strict code of conduct laid down by
International Au Pairs Association. The rules set up
by this organisation is the highest possible.
VIVIENE brings you girls or boys who are suitable JUST
for YOUR family needs and requirements. Viviene makes
its best to match applicant to a family. We do our best
to present you only applicants who will fit to host family´s
requirements and life style. All applicants come from our
network. Viviene is cooperating only with agencies which
have got the highest:
- requirements from Au Pairs
- services for their partners abroad
- follow all IAPA rules
- long years of experiences
All applicants are carefully interviewed by our partners abroad
and carefully screened by VIVIENE.
Every applicant has to fill out Application form, provide 2 or 3
non personal References from their previous employer, school
( no family member ), Medical certificate, Criminal check report,
pictures of her / him with family. Before the Au Pair comes to
your family Viviene will screen and match for you several
potential Au Pairs you can choose from. You will have
the opportunity to see several applications, make a telephone
interview with her or him if you like. Otherwise you can be sure
that ALL applicants are personally interviewed by our agent
partner abroad, all references are checked and make sure
that prospective Au Pair is aware of her/his responsibilities,
duties before she/ him comes to your family.
